MYSOREPAK
It is a sweet dish served as dessert. It is made of generous amount of Ghee, sugar and besan flour.

Main Ingredient : Besan flour, Ghee and sugar
Ingredients :
Besan flour – 2 cups
Sugar – 2 cups
Ghee – 2 cups
water – 1/2 cup
Preparation :
- In a thick bottom pan, add water and sugar to it. Leave it to boil till you get a string consistency.
- In between you can sieve besan flour. Keep in ready.
- When you get string consistency, you can add flour, by stirring the mixture.
- In another sauce pan, heat ghee to add in between.
- When the mixture thickens, keep adding ghee and stir well.
- Do the same till mysorepak doesn’t stick to the pan.
- Pour it in a greased plate ad cut to desired shape.
