Vegetable Puffs

PUFF (USING PUFF PASTRY)
Puff is a very common Snack in India. Fillings can be of different type.

Main Ingredients : Puff Pastry and vegetables

Ingredients :

Puff pastry sheet –

Maida – 1/2 cup

Paneer – grated 1/2 cup

Onion – chopped 1/2 cup

Ginger garlic – 2 tbsp

Cilantro – 1 cup

Peas – 1/2 cup cooked

Chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Turmeric – 1 tbsp

Salt to taste


Preparation :

  • Thaw the frozen puff pastry.
  • Sprinkle little maida and roll them to a thin sheet.
  • For stuffing
    1. In a kadai, add little oil and add ginger garlic paste and onion.
    2. Saute well. Then add cooked veg to it.
    3. Then the paneer, add all masala to it.
    4. Leave it for few minutes to cook and finish with salt and cilantro
    5. Let the stuff cool.
  • Now you can make your own shapes in puff. cut it and stuff with the fillings and bake.

Serve it hot with Sauce.
